Crew was professional, polite, very respectful of our home-I.e. we had just had painting done and they were extra careful of woodwork, corners, etc). In the initial scheduling call for my two rooms of carpets, I had all my specific questions answered and did not feel rushed off the phone by any means. It was a thorough exchange, which I appreciated.

The window I was given for my technician's arrival began at 10:00 a.m., and he called me at 10:00 on the dot to inform me of his ETA--and he was accurate with that, as well. I very much appreciated this and thanked him for it when we met. He was very professional, friendly, and efficient with his work. Nothing but positive remarks to share about my time with my technician and with Zerorez.

I had an excellent experience overall starting in the morning with the air duct cleaning and air purifier install followed by the upholstery, carpet and wood floor cleaning. All were very knowledge and got the job done sooner than I expected. I was thrilled to have such a clean home afterwards.
