Very professional and friendly. Always keep me up to what they were doing and always ask me if I had questions during the whole cleaning. They took pictures of the air ducts before and after and showed me the before and after pictures. I was disgusting how my ducts were so dirty with cat and dog fur along with dead skin and dirt..
