I was totally satisfied with the cleaning process and the person that did the cleaning (I believe his name was Kevin) did a fantastic job. He took extra care with the furniture and especially took extra care to block the cold air from coming in the house. I especially wanted to make sure he got a top grade because he did a great job. I'm a happy camper and will definately call Zerorez when I need my carpets cleaned again!!!!!!

We used Zerorez to clean our air ducts, and we highly recommend them. The process was smooth, and it was well worth the money. Saige and Little Guy were tremendous and knowledgeable. We will definitely use them again in the future!
