The service technician was prompt, courteous, and very professional. He did an excellent job. We didn't know our carpets could look that good! Definitely will use Zerorez again and will recommend them to others.
The products work very well cleaning our carpet even getting out liquid toner in our den.
They get very clean without all the water that some companies use that takes forever to dry. They are my go to company for cleaning tiile and carpets.
Our technician (Paul?) was so great! We are a business (music school) and have many coffee spills on our carpets, especially in our lobby area. Paul took the time to spot clean each spot and also moved small chairs, music stands, etc. so that he could clean corners better (which we did not expect him to do). Our carpets look much cleaner and brighter thanks to his efforts and Zerorez's cleaning solutions! Thank you!
