The carpets were cleaned well. I would use Zerorez anytime
When done, there was an small area (about the size of a dime) where the carpet fibers had been pulled revealing a bald spot. Zerorez took full responsibility and fixed the damage. The customer service person (Mike) was reasonable and not accusatory. Calling in the repair quickly. He reminded me of the era where the "customer is always right!. Excellent service. The carpet repair person was knowledgeable, thorough and QUICK! It was a no hassle, professional experience.

I liked the gentleman that came to clean my carpets ~ Jonathan Jackson I believe was his name. He was very knowledgeable and up-front about the work he was going to do. I had some pet-cleaning issues and he talked to me about what he needed to do for that, and I was very appreciative of his expertise. I also liked the fact that he called ahead to let me know when he would be here and that it only took a couple hours to complete the job. I was however surprised how wet the carpet was upon completion. I don't know if it was because of the pre-treatment that needed done on my house or what, but it was quite damp and took 2 days of drying with space heaters, fans and my thermostat up to 75 degrees to completely dry. [ my cat wasn't happy :) ]. All-in-all I am very happy with the job! Sorry it took so long for me to complete this survey - not anything to do with your services.

My technician did a really great job. My rugs looked fantastic after the cleaning and they dried quickly. The sectional couch he cleaned looks brand new. His work was very thorough, and he left my house spotless when he departed. Really appreciated the cool contraption he stuck in my doorway to keep the cold air from coming in. It had a little open spot for the hose, but the rest of the door was blocked to keep my heat in. Excellent idea. Also, he wore booties over his own shoes, so that was appreciated, too.

My carpets now look new again! Mr. Jonathan Jackson was my technician, and he was excellent. Polite, prompt, friendly, and skilled at his job. I hope he is the one assigned to my next carpet cleaning job!

Jacob did a great job. He was very professional and conscientious. Jacob explained what he was going to do and worked very hard. I was shocked at some of the stains that he was able to get out of the carpet that had been subjected to several years of abuse by my kids. Great person and great company!
