Both of the technicians that came to our house (Josh and Austin) were very thorough with the work preformed , and all of the information regarding duct cleaning. When the time comes my wife and I will definitely be calling Zerorez again!

First of all; scheduling was quick & easy! Appointment was made for just 3 days after my call. Everything was on time! I received a call from the Tech when he was 15 minutes away. We clarified directions. When he arrived, I met him outside our patio entrance We live in a ground level apartment at an Independent Living facility. We only needed 350 sq ft high traffic area cleaned. With furniture removed, it was like a wide hallway. Kevijn was very polite, efficient and professional. He explained everything thoroughly! I appreciate that he helped me move a couple large pieces of furniture, on sliders, back into place. After observing him do his job, I asked him if he liked what he does and he replied, with a smile "Yes! I do!" I told him "I can tell!"
The invoice appeared in my email just moments after he had the check in hand. After he left I looked at the clock and noted it was only 90 minutes from the time he called to say he was on his way!
After 50+ years of home ownership, It was the most pleasant carpet cleaning experience I have ever had! And our whole place feels so clean!
