Recently, our cat passed and because we have grandsons that are allergic to cats we decided to call Zerorez to help us with deep cleaning to mitigate the animal allergens in our home. I give the Zerorez service teams that came last week to clean and sanitize our ducts and carpeting a 10 out of 10! Jeff(1) and Jeff(2) arrived in the morning to address the ducts. They arrived on time and clearly explained what to expect. They worked efficiently and…there was no mess whatsoever. They also offered several products that we were not aware of and we chose to add three: UV air sanitizer, permanent air filter and dryer vent cleaning. Luke arrived in the afternoon to clean the carpeting. He was also on time and clearly explained what to expect. He treated with sanitizer, then cleaned the carpeting and finished with Scotchguard. We are very pleased with our Zerorez experience and with the outcome of their service. While at home, my husband had noticed an improvement in his seasonal allergies. We expect our grandkids will breathe easier as well.

The technician spent the time that was needed to get my carpet clean. It had a lot of ground in dirt in the heavy-traffic areas, and when he was done, there was a very noticeable improvement. I would recommend Zerorez to friends and family.
