Everything went great

Our service member was really phenomenal, Paris P. Did a really great job communicating with us and making sure everything went smoothly.

The products are excellent. There were quite a few spots on the living room and dining room carpets. My husband was on hospice care for two years and we had a constant stream of traffic in those two rooms. I had them cleaned once before but the spots still showed. Not with Zerorez. Honestly, it looks like new carpeting. I couldn't be more pleased.

The service was great. They were excellent workers. On time. Friendly too! I think they should get a franchise!

I'm not sure why the ten is unable to be changed, but I want to rate you a 7. While I did feel that the service was effective for cleaning my carpet, I was unaware that you will not clean under sectionals. I even had the sectional moved out of the way and would leave it that way until I was sure the floor was dry. The person that came out today 4/22 as a follow-up would not treat the entire room because he said the sectional would cause a rust stain when it is moved back into place if the floor wasn't dry. I specifically asked the phone operator about this and she knew what I wanted clean and it was not a problem over the phone. I really am not satisfied with the response that he drove all the way out here today and wouldn't clean along the wall. So much for the 30 day guarantee.

Serviceman Mark did an outstanding job, I am completely satisfied with his level of work and his communication. He explained everything about the service and informed me of additional services without any pressure. My carpeting had quite a few spots that I doubted he was going to be able to get out; however, he was able to remove all of those spots. I will definitely be using ZEROREZ next year and I will be requesting Mark again.

Lance came on time and went right to work. He was personable and professional. He was able to get out most of the long-standing stains in the bedroom carpet and the carpeting in the hall and on the stairs looks new. I like the method Zerorez uses because the carpeting is damp only, not soaked, and dries within twelve hours.
