I had carpets cleaned in a home that I own. To begin, the receptionist was extremely knowledgeable and upbeat. She scheduled me on the date requested. Prior to scheduled date, my appointment was confirmed 2x. The technician; Kevin called during the scheduled time stating he was on the way. Upon arrival, Kevin was very professional, thorough and energized! He completed the project exactly as we agreed and did an absolutely amazing job! His clean-up was impeccable and was extremely easy to work with! I highly recommend this organization for your carpet service needs! KUDO'S to KEVIN!
