The man Randy was very helpful while setting the appointment. When I had to cancel they quickly rescheduled my appointment without any hassle. When the people showed up they were very pleasant and accommodating. Caitlin and Jacob took their time and and surveyed the job and quickly got to work.
They took their time to make sure they took care of all my requests. I would definitely recommend this company. I have had other carpet cleaning companies and none of them took the time and work so hard to make everything perfect.

i HAVE USED zEROREZ MANY TIMES AND EVERY TIME MY CARPETS TURNED OUT GREAT. tHIS TIME HOWEVER THERE SEEMED TO BE A MISSED AREA ON MY LIVING ROOM RUG AFTER IT DRIED. I CALLED ZEROREZ AND EXPLAINED WHAT HAD HAPPENED AND THEY SAID, NO WORRIES WE WILL SEND SOMEONE ON FRIDAY. MY CONCERN WAS WE WERE HAVING PHOTOS TAKEN FOR OUR HOUSE ON THURSDAY TO SEEL OUR HOME. THE GIRL AT ZEROREZ SAID, LET ME PUT YOU ON HOLD AND SEE WHAT WE COULD DO. SHE CAME BACK ON AND SAID WE WILL HAVE SOMEONE THERE ON WEDNESDAY! DAVE SHOWED UP ON THURSDAY, TOOK CARE OF OUR CARPET AND IT LOOKED GREAT FOR OUR PHOTOS. WE HAD A 5 ROOM SPECIAL CLEANING ORIGINALLY BUT I CAN NOT THANK THEM ENOUGH FOR GOING THAT EXTRA MILE TO HELP THEIR CUSTOMER (ME). WILL CONTINUE TO PROMOTE THEIR SERVICE AND USE THEM ALWAYS.

The whole process was seemless from the initial contact to the tech arriving to my home. It could not have been easier, I am a retired person with limited internet knowledge and I understood every step of the scheduling process.The tech arrived promptly and immediateley went to work and told me exactly what he was doing and the result he was looking for.My carpets look very nice and I will call Zerorez in the future for other services they provide.
