Prior to scheduled date, my appointment was confirmed 2x. The technician; Kevin called during the scheduled time stating he was on the way. Upon arrival, Kevin was very professional, thorough and energized! He completed the project exactly as we agreed and did an absolutely amazing job! Matthew called ahead and was able to arrive early. Set up quickly, did an excellent job detailing the service. Upsold us on a pet treatment that we definitely needed and was worth the cost, but not on anything else. No pushy sales tactics at all. Extremely professional and knowledgeable. He finished 3 carpeted rooms, 2 laminate floor rooms, 2 carpeted stairs, and a hallway in under 2 hours. Very good results (no pet odors) and highly efficient. All the stains and odors are gone except for 1 stain that will require new carpeting (nothing could be done about it by anyone). Scheduling was easy and with the web discount the pricing was reasonable. Would use this service again.
