The person that came to the home to service the carpet was extremely professional very nice and did everything in a timely fashion.
Our technicians were amazing! Diligent, super respectful, and went the extra mile by getting toys we didn't know about out of the system, and also letting us know there was a fault in our HVAC UV system so we could get it addressed. Within 1 day of cycling the fan there was no smell, and the air blows so much stronger! 100% recomend!

I had a very good experience with zerorez for air ducts cleaning. The technicians were very nice and explained everything. We bought a package and also cleaned dryer vent, installed purifying system and new filter. The whole process was easy! Now we can enjoy clean air. It was really cool to see pictures Before and Afrer!

Quality of service
No filmy residual after the carpets had dried. The smell was not overwhelming and actually very pleasant and clean. The work was completed quickly and upon completion all of the completed cleaning was reviewed with me for my final approval and satisfaction. Pricing was incredibly transparent as well.
