I have a very old carpet and a very old dog. Those two do not fit if you want a clean carpet. However, with Zerorez, the carpet cleaning was done in my entire house and the job was done perfectly. But, since the carpet is old and the dog is old some of my spots were just to bad to stay invisible. I called Zerorez and they came out the very next day to do the carpets again. The carpets look so much better and the customer service was exceptional. Mike and his team were receptive and understood my needs and I would recommend them to all of my friends.
