Out serviceman Trent was excellent. The rugs look great but little improvement on the couch. You've offered a re-do on the couch but personally, I don't think it will make any improvement.

Austin Richards, our rug cleaner, did a great job not only cleaning the carpet, but also explaining the different products that he needed to use to get the one biologic stain out, and to clean the dirtier areas of our carpets. Dain was excellent. He got up spots and dirt in high traffic areas. They dried quickly. Carpets look new again.
Saige was very thorough and made sure to explain the process beforehand, then checked in with me multiple times throughout the cleaning to keep me updated and make sure I didn't have any questions. They did a great job and I felt comfortable with them in my home.
Absolutely do a fine job. I just believe that the add-ons like dryer vent cleaning and fogging are way too expensive and pretty much double the quoted price.
They should be more like 50 bucks and not $150 each
