My carpet was soft and plush,only 2 yrs old.Now the carpet is tough,not soft ,why would this happen.

Really liked Kyle he was very friendly and efficient. The carpet was done very quickly. Pleased with the result. Hard to say if results were perfect since it is a rental property and we don't know how old the carpet is or the quality. But overall the results were what we hoped for.
