Saige was very professional and handled our duct cleaning efficiently. The entire process was very streamlined by the service technicians, and Saige made sure I was well aware throughout and made it a point to address all my questions.

Unfortunately, our first appointment had to be canceled after Saige inspected the conditions and discovered we had a few access issues. Despite the last-minute cancellation, Saige handled the situation very professionally. He thoroughly reviewed everything that needed to be done in advance of our rescheduled appointment, and he made it a priority to fit us into the schedule just days later since my wife is nine months pregnant and a prompt reschedule was important to us.

I tried Zerorez for the first time last year. Afterward my carpets seemed much cleaner and remained so far longer than ever before. The technician was professional and expedient. So I returned this year for follow-up service. The technician Johnathan Jackson was amazing to work with. After letting him through the door I had an important work matter arise and after a few minutes of waiting Johnathan could tell I was engaged and got to work without the normal introductions or pre work instruction and agreements. When he finished he provided post treatment directions and appeared very knowledgeable about the products and service. I’m a construction projects manager for a global prime defense contractor. Johnathan was smart, diligent, and easy to deal with. I think should be considered for additional roles beyond service calls, if the need should arise with your company.
