As with our past visits, we were very pleased with how efficient, fast and well Jordan cleaned our carpets and stairs. We are however uncomfortable with giving our payment info for Jordan to enter into his personal cell phone. Zerorez, we feel your technicians should have a better way of collecting payments from customers.

Our service person was Thaddeus, very pleasant very knowledgeable young man. He was prompt he got right to work he he knew exactly what needed to be done. He explained the products that he was using and how they were eco-friendly and that it was a citrus base, which really smelled wonderful after he was done. And today after the carpet dried we were putting up the tree and my husband was on the floor and he says. How fresh the carpet smelled. That was another thing he mentioned was how the cleaning also eliminated and or sanitized the carpet. We will be handing out his cards that he left my brother-in-law wants to get his carpet done before Christmas. And we will tell him that ask for Thaddeus

Anthony was very thorough and pleasant to deal with. He called 40 minutes prior to arriving which gave me plenty of time to be ready for his arrival.
He explained everything that was goi g to be done as well as the total price. Also explained afterwards how long to wait to walk on it and how long until it dries.

We had a great experience with the carpet cleaning service. The ZeroRez employee was friendly and professional, was great at explaining the service, and did great work. Our carpets and area rugs turned out so well - the area rugs look new. In general, ZeroRez was also really good at communicating with us leading up to the appointment. We would definitely recommend this company to others.
The gentlemen (sorry, don't remember their names) were very professional and went out of their way to explain our heating system and what they were doing every step of the way. They gave us tips on heating the back part of our ranch house which always has been very chilly. We definitely feel the difference and are very thankful for that.
