The service tech who came to my house could not have been nicer or more professional. I have two big dogs and people are often afraid of them and he was wonderful with them. He did a beautiful job on my rugs and he explained everything about some spots that were caused by those two big dogs lol. my carpets look great, and it was a pleasure to have him in my home.

From beginning to end, the zero res was a positive experience. Kyle, the technician, introduced himself, explained the process, evaluated the areas to be cleaned and explained what would be done and for how much. Kyle was so refreshingly polite and professional. I am pleased with the results and the price was affordable. I would use zerorez again. Keep Kyle on your staff, he’s worth it.

The service they provide is above and beyond cleaning. They are engaged in providing what is best for your house as well as for you. They are friendly and very thorough. My last technician Brandon noticed I was loosing air in my tire on his way into the house. I thought I ran over something but did not realize I was loosing air. Great service

But is it a company policy to only have one person come to clean a home? I have never seen this before.
We had cleaned out our rooms well, but what if people have furniture to be moved???
No one should be moving furniture alone.
