I was very happy with the service provided by Luther Trowell on Thursday, Nov. 30th. My carpet needed cleaned very badly and he did a fantastic job! He was also very professional, courteous and is a credit to your company as a technician.

I did ask for a return visit knowing some spots very well could not totally be gone with one try - unfortunately, Luther was not available but Paul did a great job, too. My carpet looks just great! Thank you to everyone, including Anna Lise who was the phone contact - very kind, courteous also.

You are timely, efficient, and your carpet cleaning is effective. The technicians (Kevin this time) are professional and they do a good job.

Glenn was a fabulous technician, our first appt he told me that he could do the duct cleaning but would only be able to do half the house because he couldn't access one duct on the other side of the furnace, if he was to do the whole house the debris would go through furnace and could damage it. He advised us to cut an access in the ceiling and even measured and marked where it needed to be and then he called zerorez and started the reacheduling and made sure he was the tech that came back. He was very polite, respectful and even remembered my 2 dogs names and guinea pigs name on his return visit. The cleaning was done in 2 hours and Glenn showed me the before and after pics. Well done Zerorez you have a great team member in Glenn.

Initial service was not to the standards I would have expected. However, when I called and asked to have areas reserviced I was promptly put on the schedule to have another tech come out.

Austin was great and everything turned out wonderfully. The carpet is in pretty bad conditions so he did a great job turning it around. I initially accidentally filled it out for five that was an accident. He is a 10 all day.
