You hire it seems to be really qualified hairdressers number one number two what a great concept to be able to sit there and watch some sports while you’re getting your haircut and then the top it all off to have your hair washed and the hot towel is the cherry on top and I really enjoy that that’s why it’s worth a little extra to come to your place versus some of your competitors

Without a doubt, an excellent quality haircut and Sports Clips provided amenities (warm facial towel, seated massage & percussion neck message) that other men’s hair salons don’t provide. The cost was far below the price of the leading men’s hair salons.

Nothing. The score is based on the type of service. So it depends on the friend and what they're looking for.
I appreciate the time each stylist takes when completing haircuts. Also, they are not pushy on the extra products. Often times my schedule doesn’t allow for a MVP treatment. Overall, the product and customer service are why I keep coming back.

Online system is still bad, but better than before. It puts people who select first available ahead of you in line if you select a specific stylist. That should not happen.
The staff at this location are incredible though.
It's important to me to build a relationship with anyone who provides a service. I believe I have a strong provider-client relationship with Michael based on respect and shared interests. Michael is a true professional, very competent in his work and caring in his approach to his clients. I truly enjoy popping into Sports Clips and chatting with Michael.
