Ryan did an amazing jobjob! Best hair cut in a long time!
Every time I go to your business I am meet with a different employee to cut my hair. My last two times at your business have left me unsatisfied. My most recent hair cut is not even straight. I am going to be going to another establishment to have them try to fix it on Monday. Also I tell your employees what I want done and they always seem to cut parts that I don't want them to touch and have to end up cutting more to try and make it look right. I'm going to be looking for a new place to give my patronage.

Your hairdressers could really benefit from some customer service training. For example, how to make each customer feel special by greeting them with a friendly smile, making friendly conversation, and taking a genuine interest in their style needs. Whenever I go to this SportClips location, I feel like a number. I’m there every four weeks, and each time I feel like it’s my first visit. I feel like they take my business for granted.
