My Stylist Mandi is great! I also like the service to wash my hair after cut.

Online system is still bad, but better than before. It puts people who select first available ahead of you in line if you select a specific stylist. That should not happen.
The staff at this location are incredible though.

Overall haircut ok. No customer interaction. Very quiet shop, not like other SClips I have been to. First time I rated a shop below a 9.
Service. The only reason I come there is because of Lynette.
I forgot his name but he's cut my hair a couple times, great barber new what I wanted without much input just looked at my old hair cut and did it perfect, he has full beard very nice dude, talked sports, wish I could remember his name, I think Rob he's been there a while I always him there

My stylist was very nice and I got an excellent haircut!
I have had the same Stylist for the past 6 months at this location. Spryng has been professional and delightful as she performs her magic. Highly recommend her with caution. If enough people read this I will have a difficult time scheduling her for my next appointment.
in the years I've gone to sport clips i have never had a complaint... till now... why would you not read the slip that says how i get my hair cut? I always prefer scissors cut. iI don't know his name, but i said i prefer scissors to which he turned on his clippers and started cutting. I said not to short, but he was determined to do it his way. When he was finished i was not happy. i would never wear my hair in a pixie. i just turned 70.. come on man!! I am a principal in a small school with two speaking engagements, and I have the worst hair cut. Needless to say it is very humbling to look terrible. He showed me the slip and it was plainly not mine. you would think the customer would be listened to instead of reading a piece of paper!
