spyrng cut my hair, she life 5x in the middle of my hair cut to answer the phone--- not professional at all. each time she was away for 3-5 mins. how do you remember where to return cutting hair were you leave in the middle of a section on my head and come back and cut something else?

The products are good but the haircut i received was about the worst I have gotten ever. The guy that cut my hair didn't even try to talk to me just asked how I wanted it cut then did a horrible job at that. I get the wash and massage but he didn't even touch my shoulders or back with the massaging thing.
The price is descent, the staff are friendly and professional, and we like the sign in process. The place is clean and has a nice waiting area.
I signed in on the App and it was accurate within 5 minutes in timing.

Low wait times, fast haircut, no problems
So I usually don’t fill these out but I was really disappointed with my haircut with Thursday. Not sure if it was due to the amount of people waiting but my cut felt rushed and I didn’t get much cut at all. Probably an isolated thing but wanted to let you all know.
