The location was clean. The stylists were friendly and the consultation before starting the cut was helpful. The MVP treatment went above and beyond what you receive at other shops at a reasonable price point.
Charity always does a wonderful job.
I take the next available stylist and all have been good...except yesterdays and it was the first marginal cut. Apparently he is still getting instruction...and needs more. I'm still good with Sport Clips.
Wait time kept changing but good experience overall. Some people did not check-in when they arrived causing some confusion. Maybe making that process a little easier/obvious for customers when they arrive.
