The service is always great. Mel is amazing. If you want a cut though be prepared to wait. App may say 30 min then as soon as you sign in it turns to 2 hours. Even if you try to sign in as soon as some one clocks in their wait is already hours long sometimes.

Savannah cuts my hair exactly how I want it and is both very professional and personable.
I think the stylist did a great job and was very friendly. I've been going there for a few months now and usually get a different person each time. And they've done great work, as well. I especially like the app on my phone where I can see the waiting times and mark my turn on the waiting list. I shall return in a few weeks again.

I am virtually bald and and have a thin gotee that needs a slight trim each time. To charge me $22 plus $5 is quite high for 10 minutes of work and I always leave $8 to $10 tip. Getting way too expensive. And I even eliminate the massages which I really loved!

Works well with me don't really care about the TV's and the "sports" my main focus is to get a hair cut. Seems stylists change had two good ones and they are not gone, I'm use to having one stylist for years. I know that is beyond your control. The appointment system works well but would also like the ability to phone in days in advance. As there are times before a special event or travel a cut is necessary and it may be difficulty to get a reasonable time appointment or the stylist preferred. Other than that all is good. Thank you for asking
