Check in was very quick, with plenty of room to sit in the waiting room. I was with the Dr's assistance pretty quickly, as well as the Dr., Dr. Solis. The Dr. listened intently to my concerns, we talked about my knee pain and the baker's cyst. I'm going on a Pilgrimage to Spain, and will be walking long distances, he gave me advice on what to do, should my pain persist. I was very pleased with the feedback provided by Dr. Solis.

I never have to wait very long at all for the doctor. The doctors I’ve seen have been great! Dr. Saveras and Dr.Percine. Both wonderful!
Dr. Carrasquilla was great, and the X ray tech and other techs were very good. It was great to have the x rays on site, and also to be able to be fitted for a brace on site.
Many years ago when I saw a physician at JOI I used to routinely have to wait for two hours before a short appointment, That doesn't happen at all anymore--all the wait times are reasonable, and a lot can get done in one visit.

We love the doctors both the wife and I have been fortunate to care for our health issues through the years! Because we are Jehovah Witnesses, the respect for our beliefs has been a central concern, which the hospital has proven very caring about. We commend all the staff and especially the 'Administration' and doctors for such professional care!

The wait was a little long after my appointment time, however Dr. Graham was excellent.
Everyone was incredibly professional and extremely helpful. One of the staff went above and beyond to assist me to go directly from the office to the hospitals Interventional Radiology Department for a fluro guided joint aspiration. I apologize that I can’t remember her name but hopefully I will have an opportunity to thank her in person again. I would recommend your Center to everyone!
