I liked that the staff was friendly and efficient and that Dr. Picerno actually listened to me. What I don't like is that I'm going to have to wait a full month after my MRI to have my follow up to find out the results because the doctor is so booked up. Still, many practices are having this problem because people put things off during the worst part of the pandemic, prior to a vaccine. So I would still highly recommend JOI.
Staff were very polite and efficient
The entire staff was very friendly and helpful. Dr. Steinberg is the best doctor, he readily explained what he was showing me with the X-ray and he explained everything he was doing before he did it. This is something that has never happened when I had multiple other procedures with other institutions. I will gladly recommend Dr. Steinberg and his staff to anyone who would benefit from them.
