Staff was extremely professional. They were very accommodating, and the Surgeon Dr. Perry answered all of my questions and made me feel comfortable and welcomed.
The services are great. My problem began when I got to the front desk and was told I did not have an appointment. I had tried to make an appointment online but was denied each time. I then called in at least twice before getting a return call. at that point I was able to get an appointment, of so I thought. The young man at the front desk explained to me what had happened, I explained to him that I had driven an hour and a half to get there. He went and found his manager who was also very kind and listened to my story and was able to get me in to see the Dr. someone in your IT department needs to fix this problem of the system canceling patient's appointments without notification. Had I not been able to see the Dr. after driving that far this review would have been much different.

From the person who checked me in to the nurse, to the X-ray Tech and eventually Dr. Crenshaw, every JOI employee was friendly, caring and professional. Dr. Crenshaw was very thorough and took the time to listen to and answer my questions.
