Everything was great once I got checked in. But the check in process was awful. There were 16 people standing in line to check in, many of them on crutches or injured like me. When I finally got to window I was asked if I’d done the online part, and I said no. I did NOT receive any emails before my appt that gave me any option to do the multi screen questionnaire. I get multiple texts from other MDs about my appts and this might be helpful for you to add a link that way to check in.
I’ve always gotten the best of care by the nurses and doctors which keeps me coming back. Dr. Vosseler was attentive and helpful and I will be returning for follow up to my MRI.
