From the scheduler, who did a great job finding me a quick appointment, to the two polite, energetic receptionists, and Courtney, Dr. vonThron's medical assistant, the x-ray tech, Dr. von Thron and Amy, who scheduled my MRI, everyone was professional, kind and upbeat!!
Check in is HORRIBLE! But once you get pass that, the medical staff is warm, friendly, professional, precise, honest, and caring.
They are awesome! The staff was friendly and receptive, and the Doc was up beat and clearly had tons of experience, as he was able to immediately find the injury and treat.
Everyone I came in contact with was kind and helpful. All of he front office staff were sweet, the young man who brought me back and discussed my concerns was attentive, the x-ray technician was funny and kind and the doctor/surgeon was very patient and helped rest any concerns that I had.
