Mainly that I got an appointment. Dr Tandron and Jenny could not have been nicer I left feeling confident that I had gotten good advice and we are proceding with knee replacement.

My experience at the Jacksonville orthopedic institute was one that I would recommend to Family and Friends. The medical assistants, were friendly and knowledgeable of the procedures that needed to be completed. Was able to make appt. online. Not a long wait to get an appt. with the doctor desired. Wait time in office was very short. Xrays were available onsight. Doctor was thorough in explanation of the issue. Reception staff was pleasant and accommodating.
