I can't say enough good things about Doctor Synder and his entire staff. He 100% understood our son's injury and immediately got us in for the appropriate treatment. His knowledge, and abilities are second to none and he always answers our questions and puts his patients at ease. He is truly talented with his knowledge and skilled with his medical hands. We are so blessed to have him in our community. His staff is unequaled in their customer service as well. Christine has an excellent bedside manner, did awesome at her blood draw for First name removed's procedure, answers questions and is detailed oriented and made sure we had everything we needed from Doctor's notes for missed school to all answered questions. This team hits care and patient bedside manner as well as communication completely out of the park. They are the Tiffanies of Sports Medicine. We praise God for them.

The staff handles all necessary ancillary services and appointments on site which is a huge help- no ‘call back later or waiting for return calls.’

Dr. Carlos Tandran and his wife Jenny are terrific. They and the rest of the JOI team treat me with care, professionalism and kindness.
We only had to wait 35 minutes to see the doctor and he had x-rays done immediately. He was patient and explained why he though another test was needed. The front staff was very personable and professional.
