Unfortunately, I was late for my new patient appointment due to 2 accidents. At the urging of my husband, I checked in and expected to be turned away, but was told I would be seen, but would have to wait. The wait wasn’t too bad. X-rays were fast. The physician was knowledgeable and experienced, and options were discussed. Short wait for a cortisone injection.

Staff and the doctor were so friendly and kind. The doctor spent all the time we needed she didn’t rush and made us feel like we were the priority. Gave me confidence in her plan.
Physicians are outstanding. Both doctors I've seen have listened to me - explained what's going on - and provided treatment alternatives. The nurses and support staff are friendly and helpful.

I am most impressed with Dr. Savarese. Over the years, I have been to JOI for various problems and have usually gone to a different doctor. I rarely had a good experience.
I was blown away with Dr. savarese. He has a wonderful way with a patient and shows he has a complete understanding of the problem and suggests next steps. Great communication skills. My PCP was considering another practice andI have told him I want to stay with JOI.
