Very professional and caring doctor
Prompt, professional and not a long wait.
The doctors, scheduling, receptionist, etc. were great. Wait time not too long. Score of 10 for them. However, the MRI experience at Baptist Beaches that was ordered by the JOI doctor was horrible. I was scheduled with the machine for claustraphobic/anxiety patients. Whoever designed the MRI setup missed the mark hands down. To get to the Machine, you had to ride an elevator lift outside the trailer and enter through a door that was not an option for exiting by the patient if needed. Not having a method of escape immediately caused anxiety. After entering the trailer, you could almost reach out and touch the opposite walls it was so small. Why the heck is the unit for claustrophobic patients in such a small facility? It was terrible! There was a fake sky painted on the ceiling that was way too busy and made me dizzy. The main technician was very patient with me, but the woman who walked me to the trailer was not. She would frown at me and stick her nose in her cell phone when I would mention something that was making me uncomfortable. She was very unpleasant and obviously did not care about my needs. Because of that technician and the horrible set up of the MRI, I will never go back to that location.
