Front check in person was very friendly and put me at ease. She was very welcoming! The nurses and x-ray tec. were very nice and patient. The Dr. took the time to explain all options. I was very pleased with the visit.

Incredibly informative and caring staff. I felt as though they were treating and caring for me as a person and not a set of problems or X-rays. I cannot thank the staff and provider enough for making the experience of a broken ankle as pain free as possible. Dr. Gould took and incredible amount of time assessing me and allowing me to voice my concerns without feeling rushed. I have never experienced provider care to this level and will happily refer anyone to seek care at this location.

I’m so glad I went to JOI for a second opinion. Dr. Graham was amazing. I changed my original plans of having surgery, as was the goal with Southeast Ortho. Dr. Graham did an amazing job talking to me about the prospect of how my issues could be treated by therapy versus surgery. I canceled surgery and am seeking therapy to rehab my ax separation. Thank you JOI and Dr. Graham!
