Making the appointment was efficient, location was convenient, arrival at appointment was streamlined and waiting area was organized well. Some of the receptionists were a bit curt maybe due to routine or forgetting how important first impressions are. The doctor's assistant & x-ray tech were efficient and carried a good demeanor/kind, especially the doctor's assistant-very professional. Dr. Keller was on topic to the point, helpful. I wish I had written my questions down, but I was satisfied.

The visit was both quick and efficient. I have felt with many orthopedic doctors over the years and Dr. Snyder was quick to understand and help problem solve.
Dr. Kitay was great. He listened to me explain what was going on, reviewed my records and provided me with my options immediately. Was honest, very patient explaining my options, and answered all of my questions without pressuring me. When I decided to go ahead with the injection he was already prepared and did the injection immediately (before I chickened out). Dr. Kitay was extremely kind, and professional. Would highly recommend him.
