First, the bad: VERY hard to get scheduled, lots of "we'll call you back" promises that never happened. My PCP's office tried and finally through my persistence I finally got set up.
The good: I was very happy with Dr. Steinberg's office and service. X-rays and everything he needed were done immediately in his office, and he then answered all of my questions and didn't rush into surgical options.
Except for scheduling, absolutely everything at the San Marco office was very efficient and easy so I'm very happy.
