I had an appointment with Dr. Gould, but because of over-scheduling patients, I had to leave and re-schedule because I had a class at UNF. It would be so much better for patients if the wait time was significantly reduced for the convenience of patients. We, too, value our time and waiting, first in the waiting room, and then the wait in the examining room is so inconvenient and uncomfortable.
