Very professional friendly staff. Dr Bruce Steinburg did surgery repair on my right hand and shoulder 10years ago. No trouble! Now back for other hand. I wouldy trust anyone else. Was very pleased to go back and see him and some of his staff still around. That says a lot!

The doctor and the entire staff are very client friendly. The appointment was timely and provided answers to all my questions and offered a clear path forward.
What was not good was the inability to obtain an appointment through your central scheduling department. Twice, I hung on the phone for over 25 minutes while the recording said they would answer shortly. Then both times the recording offered the option to leave my number and they would call back but they never did. I had severe pain and the delay in responding was very difficult for me. Finally I drove to the Fernandina Beach office and made an appointment directly with them. The lack of client service is unforgivable and needs to be addressed to correct it.
Thank goodness for the local staff in Fernandina Beach, otherwise I would be seeking another practice for orthopedic treatment.

Staff and doctor are very friendly. The one major problem is when they tell you they will call you the next day and they don't, and you can't get a call back from anyone. Very frustrating.
