What I enjoy about CorePower Yoga is the attention the instructors give to each one of the people in their classes I also appreciate all the diverse classes they offer, ranging from different types of classes based on physical activity or all the different types of classes they offer to best fit the time of others.

while very happy with the North Raleigh Studio and its instructors I have my concerns overall with Corporate.
I absolutely love this yoga studio and take classes here every day. I regularly attend yoga, sculpt, power yoga 2, and strength classes. I especially enjoy the variety — the different instructors and unique sequences make each class feel fresh and never boring. Even the strength classes, which don’t seem as popular, are a great change of pace and a really nice break from my daily yoga sculpt routine.
The community and overall energy here are amazing. I love music and the motivation it brings to class, and most of the time it really elevates the experience. My only concern is that occasionally the music volume is extremely loud in certain classes. On one day, it was so loud that my ears were ringing, and I actually had to leave early. My head was still ringing a couple of hours later. I genuinely felt bad because the instructor was fantastic — it was just the volume. The speakers don’t seem designed to play music at that level, and it felt unsafe.
One small thing I’d also love to see more of is wellness or spa-style touches. I know some instructors already “wave” lavender towel at the end of class, which is amazing, but it would be wonderful if chilled lavender towels were available for everyone more consistently. Little details like that really enhance the experience.
sometimes there is traffic and you cant get to yoga in time. they actually had peopel at their desk leetting people in a little late. thats the kind of stuff that makes me want to stay a member. not going there and doors being locked so noone can get in.

Instructors are well educated, kind and very helpful. Maria and Haleigh (spelling?) are amazing!! Very consistent and they ALWAYS bring something new to the table.

I love the core strength classes and would love to see another on Monday at 6am. I also wish there were more actual yoga classes on Fridays, rather than just sculpt
