I like the teachers. They are warm and friendly. All have a different style of teaching which makes taking the classes fun.
My only wish for this location is for more non-heated classes.
If I make my way down to this location its for a specific teacher! The new furniture is also nice, and the studio is big
The peace I expirienced
Victory Park has one of the best spaces in the city, the heat always works and there are minimal technical problems, parking is easy and stress free, and it's very close to work so it's convenient.
Most of that has always been the case though, what's changed to put them up over the top for me is the rapid and consistent improvement in the teachers and the class quality!!!
Tess P is one of the best sculpt teachers I've ever worked with in 550+ classes and going on 3 years of coming here- very high intensity which is what is needed in sculpt, and she rivals a lot much more experienced teachers. (Accenting b/c I just took her class, but Carly S, Kiana K, Kaitlyn R, Julie H, are all excellent as well and have raised the quality level in this studio massively). But the key point is it is all about the teachers and giving them the space and ability to succeed
I love this studio, the classes are great, always start on time, and the instructors always coach a great class!

Friendly and welcoming
I love how inclusive the teachers are, they try and get to know you and help you with your practice. I always feel good after classes, refreshed and feel like I got a good workout in as well. Also I like how the classes are heated!

The quality of the teachers, the community, the array of classes available
There are several classes to choose from daily. The instructors are kind & accommodating to all fitness levels. The studio is clean & spacious. I love practicing yoga here!
All the Instructors are all so wonderful!
I do wish there were more signs reminding people to leave their shoes in the front (and not in the women’s locker room) no loud talking before class, and limited cell phone use in the classroom. Especially new people who don’t necessarily know the etiquette.

Loved my class with Maddie yesterday! She made it approachable with the perfect amount of difficulty and opportunity to modify or increase difficulty. I also liked that she taught us a couple moves and gave us an opportunity to try them
