The classes and intensity
Apple Valley is my favorite core power loco. Love the sculpt team!!!
I recently completed a run of 19 consecutive classes with 19 different instructors. While the general framework of each class is similar each time, I was touched and impressed by how each instructor brought their own personal flavor to each class. I look forward to seeing how each class may incorporate a different theme or peak pose. It's fun to see what new tricks teachers will share and I enjoy learning them so I can add them into my own practice. It is a credit to all of the instructors and the studio's leadership that classes, while similar in nature, are fun and exciting no matter what.
I feel great after each class and the instructors are so encouraging and positive.
I was a visiting member who signed up for two yoga sculpt classes on 3 May--both were canceled a few hours later. Most fortunate for me was that Ms. Margaret's C2 & Restore classes were still on so I registered for them. She was a lifesaver and phenomenal yogi; I'd spent extensive time prior to, traveling on an airline and needed this state of decompression.
I also returned on 7 May for Yoga Sculpt. Little did I know I would meet my virtual yoga mentor in person--Widya! I studied her cues on YouTube while I took YS Teacher Training last year. What a pleasant surprise to meet her in person AND privilege to take her extraordinary class--truly a 'Hollywood' moment.
the variety, energy and atmosphere
The teachers support the students

great class. sooo hard!
All the instructors were so welcoming and their classes were great. Challenging but the atmosphere in the classes kept me coming back
I loved the LED lights in the downstairs studio!
Maya was awesome!!
Anna was a great teacher - routine and music were good and heat and difficulty were perfect. And studio was clean.
Great instructors, lovely studio
The teacher, Thais, is very methodic, thorough in explaining and focused exercises. I love the class
I love Core. I like the intensity and the level of movement. I would like the class to be hotter sometimes.
Workouts are worth it
The teachers are great. The leadership has organized the studio well
I would lovde if there is a way to make the 6:15 classes at 6:00 am. i work in person at 8am in the morning. me and almost more than half of the class have to leave during savasana because the time either runs too closely to 7 am or the class runs over. i feel horrible for having to leave early but i also want to be able to stay for the entirity of the class.
me and the other 8am work goers would really appreciate a 6am class option to enjoy the full 45 minute class!
The instructor had great energy! She explained the moves well and made them easy to follow.
Been loving Kyrstine’s Monday morning classes (dance parties!) in Charlestown! She brings great energy and I’m lucky to start my week with her!
Maya's community classes on Sunday's always have a great room temprature for the outside and spiritual component for the inside. This class she offered mantra and played her harmonium, a first for me at CPY.
Great sense of community and when you come and check-in a significant effort is made to knnow people's names
Fiona was a great instructor
Super friendly instructors and welcoming vibe. Plus the best actual classes for all variety of yoga in the twin cities. Facilities are well-kept and the showers/ bathrooms are really nice.
I enjoy the challenge of classes this community brings
Katie is a great teacher!
Excellent class by Bre!

I love how empowering and grounding the experience feels at the same time. The heated classes push you mentally and physically, but you leave feeling lighter, clearer, and stronger. I also like that every class can feel different depending on the instructor and flow, so it never gets boring. The atmosphere is motivating without feeling overly intimidating, and it becomes a space where you can disconnect from stress and reconnect with yourself. The mix of strength, mindfulness, stretching, and community makes it feel like more than just a workout.
