This place is a refuge to me

I have been active all my life and I am fairly new in yoga practice! For the past few months my consistency in this practice has brought the most satisfaction and has positively affected all
Areas of my life! I am so in love with the classes I pick , as everyone is different and those who teaches or practice yoga has the opportunity to present it through their point of view, so diversity keeps it intresting and going for me! La Mesa is perhaps my fav studio for once becuase it’s in my neighboor hood and the studio it’s not as busy as the others.. so more space for

Big 2 studio space. Great instructors and classmates. Parking is pretty good.

I drive to la mesa studio from north county for the core restore classes. Amazing class please do not cancel. Instructors are fantastic as well

I like the availability of classes and the diversity of teachers, the wide range of experience and perspective keeps classes engaging. One suggestion? Many studios offer a 7:15 or 7:30am class, however, La Mesa does not. I would love to be able to take a class at this time without going all the way to Mission Valley or Hillcrest! I wonder if many other East County 9-5rs wld agree!

I like that no matter what instructor you have they are well trained and really know their yoga. I appreciate the different types of classes and how well maintained the facilities are!

Friendly and knowledgeable teachers, impeccable studios.

The instructor, Lisa, was excellent! I had not done yoga in a long time and could not participate all the way through C1 because I got nauseous since I had eaten a little over an hour before I came to class. Lisa checked on me and also rubbed down on my back and arms, which really helped me to relax. I made sure I drank plenty of water. The studio is clean and very accommodating.
