Suggestion: remind students not to bring their cell phones into class especially when they are practicing in a candlelit class it’s distracting. Also would recommend vacuuming during the middle of class instead of when students are in savasana.

Everyone that works at CorePower Yoga La Mesa is so friendly and kind. There's a real community feeling at this location that I want to be a part of. All of the teachers are great--I haven't taken a class there that I didn't love!

Great variety of classes for all abilities
The teachers are great, and it's nice to have beginner classes scheduled in the evening, for those of us who have always lived busy lives but are now trying to start yoga.
