I love trying out new teachers and being pleasantly surprised! I wish there was a symbol or some sort of designation to give yogis a heads up on the type/vibe of class such how often it's crowded/popular, should arrive early, more experienced yogis attend (harder flows), etc. Sometimes trying a new C2 class can be the best experience and others I've had to walk out because teachers couldn't keep the sides correct and caused more confusion than relaxation.

I love the La Mesa studio! The instructors are amazing and they encourage a community atmosphere. I love going there for this reason. The teachers will help outside of class if you have questions about poses or anything else. The studio is a beautiful place with amazing energy and vibes!!!❤️🧘‍♀️❤️

I've been attending different types of classes the past several years and have always found that the yoga styles are versatile and there is a class for every level. I appreciate that the entire staff is very welcoming. The sessions are very well instructed.

I’m having so much fun at the La Mesa location! I love every class I take. I was so nervous when I first went in since I had never taken a yoga class before, but everyone, including the members, was so kind and welcoming. I was pleasantly surprised by the variety of classes offered. I really appreciate the unique teaching styles each instructor brings, and I love how motivated they keep me throughout each class. I also love how clean the studio is.
