The facility is very clean, without having any fragrances or harsh cleaning product odors. The staff and teachers are very nice. The classes are great. I appreciate the positive statements made by instructors during class.

Products are too expensive. I love the La Mesa studio, teachers, and classes.
The teachers are incredibly friendly and supportive, the facilities are clean and the energy is great. I’ve learned so much in just a week of coming here and I don’t plan on stopping any time soon.
The instructors are so positive, helpful, friendly, and detail oriented. It makes for yoga experience that is unmatched by most yoga sessions.
The studio is nice and clean, and the instructors have all been different but challenging in their own ways.
Different classes
For my first visit I was a little disappointed in one aspect. Prior to the class I informed the instructor I was new and that I had an injury. After class she did ask me how the class was and if it affected my injury.
I took my second class today 03/29/18 and it was great.

Hot and sculpt are the best!!!!
I loved the class. There were a ton of people in that class so there wasn't much personal space. Also the cubbies to store personal belongings is set up in a space were there's not much room to stand without getting in everyone's way.
The teachers are welcoming and excellent! A fun and spiritual experience to be had by all, of all levels:)

I love the lessons in the classes i’ve taken. I also love the instructors and the way they teach. The atmosphere in the whole building is calming and quiet. The studio is kept clean and every person who enters knows that a quiet, respectful vibe is expected of them. Overall I love my experience with Corepower La Mesa!
