I do bikini competitions and mainly lift weights for my fitness. I’ve gone to Core Power to explore more exercises and I’ve totally fallen in love with it. I’ve only taken two classes and want to keep going. The few staff members I’ve seen at the La Mesa location, have all been great. They have all made me feel welcomed even though I’m new. I feel comfortable trying to do something out of my norm here.

I love my classes with Meli and Page and Joann! They are such lovely people that teach great classes. I love essential oils during class and when incense is burning before class. La Mesa is such a nice studio!
