Staff are very accommodating and do their best to get your camper repaired in a timely manner.
Theresa kept us updated on the progress of the repair. We have had our camper repaired several times at AlpinHause and are very pleased with the quality of the work.
I had some work done on my motorhome. The people that were all the people that are involved all the equipment and all the different units that we had put into the motor home makes it more comfortable and more usable for me. And my wife. Little bit more to do, but if you need anything done I would go to open house RV. En route 5 in Amsterdam, that's route 5S in Amsterdam.\n If it was up to me, I would give them 75 stars.
They also have a very good store for all your stuff that you may need. They have sales on different things.\n And if you like those Getty glasses that's good for hot and cold drinks, they have them there. The end.
The purchase of my RV was thoroughly explained. The staff were very helpful. After it quits snowing and I actually pick up my RV, I might have more to say.
Everyone is friendly and helpful.
All personnel in the service department go the extra distance to make sure work is completed correctly and to my satisfaction.

We had our camper inspected prior to the season. Alpin Haus found some issues, one of which could have become a major issue down the road. The staff were constantly in touch with me and they were looking out for my interests and not just looking for a charge to add to the bill.
The service was fantastic. Jake was the best!
We were keeping in touch we are almost a month before we got it together and we actually got up there and met him. He was fantastic. Great guy all around very very helpful. We got our dream camper from their through Jake and we couldnāt be happier all of the people there were fantastic from the receptionist when you first walk in to Jake for the finance guy I believe his name was Jim couldnāt ask for better. Will highly recommend you people thank you!!

There is always room for improvement. My experience was amazing, I think it can always be better for the next customer. I think we live in a society where things are taken for granted and the āniceitiesā of sales men and women are trampled on my those āentitled to more.ā The team in Amsterdam were kind, thoughtful in asking and answering questions, and in settling fear of boat ownership. If I buy a boat again in the future I will look to them for guidance and a great sale!
I cant give you a score I do not finish my business yet .I have to pick up my Rv Next week do the inspection and see if they tacle everything .One im done I will be able to give you a score . So far I experience a great communication . Will ..see . TXS

The staff is very helpful.
The service team worked with us patiently even though it took forever to get through to Volta to get our RV fixed. Due to the amount of time we had to wait, they gave a complimentary detail which was very kind.
Steve and service department has taken care of a difficult to diagnose problem with my brand new Thor Tranquility. Should have gone there sooner.

Alpin Haus is a good choice if you are looking to purchase a camper. Friendly atmosphere and staff. Geoffrey Smith was very helpful for us to find what we were looking for. The whole staff was very friendly and helpful. We are very pleased with the 5th wheel trailer we purchased at Alpin Haus in Saratoga.
so far very pleased with ability to get service work done very quickly, make appt, used night drop , and next day received a call from service to go over list to be sure all understand any issues or questions I Have been working with Dave in service for my last visit and has been keeping me in the loop as to progress nicely.

I dropped my rv off for warranty work in October and it's still not repaired. There's only about a weeks worth of work to be done. One item to be addressed wasn't even looked into until February. When I dropped it off I told them I had a trip planned for the first week of March. March is just a few days away and the trailer will not be repaired in time. Literally nothing was done the whole month of November as the service department dropped the ball and didn't order parts needed. Whoevery is in charge of the service department has not been paying attention to how work gets done. Very inefficient...
Timely and courteous service are standard at Alpin Haus. Dave and Theresa are stars in the service department.
