After almost a year with our 2025 Georgetown GT5 that we purchased from the Alpin Haus we had a few issues. I called the Alpin Haus and spoke with the service department "David" I explained the issues with the RV and the Alpin Haus help with the issues and through Forest River and the Alpin Haus they resolved the issues and fixed out GT5.
We are very pleased with the service and service department.
I would highly recommend the Alpin Haus to anyone interested in RV.
PS: We live in New Hampshire almost 300 miles from the Alpin Haus

Fast and friendly service
Brandon our sales rep was patient, kind and knowledgeable. Finance person (Mike?) was knowledgeable. This is our second RV purchase and the first from Alpin Haus. We would definitely purchase from Alpin Haus again. The entire experience was excellent. Product selection both new & used was great and again Brandon was a pleasure to deal with. Walkthrough was thorough and unrushed. We feel the prep fee charged was a poor value as some things were missed that we had to take care of ourselves. We will contact our sales rep shortly to address this shortcoming.
The slide out mechanism on our Imagine MLE22 started to not work correctly, so I got a hold of their service department. Teresa , one of the service advisers was able to get our camper fixed under our insurance. And thanks to Morgan , the technician who fixed it.

Alpine Haus service department is responsive and are working to get our coach up and running. Unfortunately Grand Design is slow in sending parts, but the service manager has kept us informed and listens to our concerns.
The staff was very polite and informative and didn't rush through the orientation process.

Alpine House service was great. Other RV dealers don’t compare. We have owned other RVs for years. Before knowing about Alpine, other places, to put it simply, rip people off either through lack of service, subpar workmanship and via higher pricing. I would recommend Alpine House to anyone who owns an RV. The people that work on the vehicles are at a high level of expertise, honest, and polite. They fixed our steps within 1 hour after parts had arrived. For us, the Alpine House is the only place we will have our RV serviced in the future.
