I enjoy the free standing cycle classes with Tom and Cynthia very much. Marcel and Michele are an inspration when it comes to combat and pump! The spin bikes have taken quite a beating and need to be updates and a number need repairs.

You need grab bars in the shower stalls for your senior members. Everything else is fine.

Lots of free weight options, bar bell racks and benches, and machines. Pool helps as well.

It is a very well maintained and appropriated gym. The diversity of equipment is a training education in itself as one learns while employing each machine. Glad its here🙂

Everyone on the staff is friendly, even at 530 in the morning. Facilities are clean and I almost always see someone cleaning or organizing something. Also, there is never an issue with people re-racking their weights, unlike some gyms I’ve been a member of.
