You are usually open, a great variety of equipment, broken equipment is usually fixed within a reasonable time frame.

Great friendly environment. It's open twenty four hours. The facility is very clean. If you're serious about working out and losing weight this is the place to go. The only thing it's missing is a sauna.

I love the classes and the work out spaces in the gym. It doesn't feel overcrowded even when there are a lot of people in attendance. I also appreciate the changing rooms in the locker room for privacy.

I get welcomed when I get there and say good bye when I leave, other than that no associates talk to me which is perfect especially when i wanna get in and out of the gym real quick
I am very pleased with this gym. The staff is great. The locker rooms and pool are clean. They equipment is clean. I would recommend this gym to any one.
I love my gym, Powerhouse Novi everybody is very kind and helpful. There is always a new workout to do.

Hours and availability of equipment are very important to me. I also enjoy the additional benefits of the Powerhouse Plus program. My youngest lives going to the kidzone on the weekend. I love not having to carry towels back and forth. The Mystic tan is a nice amenity as well.
