I love the woman’s only section upstairs . At 57 years old I feel more comfortable working out away from all the younger body builders that come here .

Sunday Zumba at 10:00 a.m. Stephanie makes the class so fun and it's a great workout!
Yoga and Pilates on Sat mornings with Afsoon are both a good fit for me.
This week I'm trying BodyCombat and Cardio Barre.

All around excellent gym. The gym is always clean and well kept, staff is friendly and very helpful. I just would like to see the gym go back to being open 24/7 365… that’s one of the main reasons I signed up years ago because of the availability options of being able to use the gym but besides that great gym I love it.
