I only use the machines and go to the water aerobics class. Gym is always clean, machines work well and staff is very helpful. Water classes are well run, fun and a great workout, yet easy on my old muscles!

I like having 24 hours where they have a staff. I like to have the pool and the message beds. The tanning is a big bonus.
